Job Summary
Bellmark Real Estate is a boutique real estate brokerage located in Bellevue, Washington looking for a part-time licensed real estate broker to support company procured listings while also pursuing their own business.

This role allows for a flexible schedule, the opportunity to earn some commissions or hourly wages from company procured listings, and the professional support to grow your own business.
We are looking for someone who excels at providing high-quality operational, administrative, and field support. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of real estate experience and have completed a minimum of 20-25 transactions in Washington state, possess a deep knowledge of Washington State real estate rules, market dynamics, and transactional compliance, combined with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Benefits
Bellmark Real Estate offers a 90 / 10 commission split. Hourly compensation (in lieu of commissions) for working on company procured listings is also an option if preferred. There are no desk fees, file fees, transaction fees, or other company fees.
This position offers a flexible work schedule with the ability to earn extra monthly income from company procured listings while still conducting your own real estate business.
Partner with a team of professional brokers with background expertise, including an attorney and a land use expert.
Real estate brokers affiliated with Bellmark Real Estate are not required to be members of the National Association of Realtors.
This position is a part-time at-will position. This position does not offer healthcare, retirement or other formal benefit plan.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
