Key Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, shampoos, sets, perms, coloring, and other salon services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment
- Build positive relationships with residents while respecting their dignity and preferences
- Schedule appointments and manage time efficiently
- Comply with infection control, licensing, and facility policies
Requirements:
- Current cosmetology license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures

Pay: $23.19 - $27.93 per hour
