List of Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment for residential and commercial buildings
- Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems, including warranty services
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, including explaining work performed to clients and answering basic questions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance by tuning up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, cleaning coils, air handling units, and calibrating heating and cooling systems including boilers
- Respond to and complete emergency repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Use diagnostic tools to identify issues in HVAC units and help resolve problems under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Accurately document work performed, including parts used and time spent on each service call
- Assist with ordering and managing HVAC parts and equipment for jobs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician/Installer
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a van

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
