Desired Qualifications:
- Active New York School Psychologist License
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Provide individual and group counseling to help students manage behavioral, social, and emotional challenges
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer crisis management support and proactive behavioral intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation aligned with state and district guidelines
