HVAC Installation Manager
A stable and growth-oriented organization within the mechanical services industry is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Installation Manager to lead residential and light commercial installation teams.
This role is responsible for overseeing installation performance, driving customer satisfaction, managing departmental efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HVAC installation activities (retail, commercial, retrofit)
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment verification, billing accuracy, and workflow management
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns
- Analyze departmental performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and other internal departments to achieve performance goals
- Maintain a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
- Lead special initiatives and projects as assigned
Ideal Background
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related business systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Benefits
