Overview
We are seeking a maintenance porter and commercial janitor.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance of vehicle gates.
- Cobweb dust guardhouse buildings
- Conduct walks throughout areas of property, policing for trash and debris.
- Assist with subcontractors during specialized repair or renovation projects while ensuring safety standards are met.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Help maintain traffic control devices, Nature walks etc.
- Repair or install resident mailboxes as requested by management.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Hands-on skills
- Knowledge of basic tools and property maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to team members and residents alike.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
