This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of UTI’s quality management system across all government and commercial contracts. The Director owns all external-facing quality relationships—including Contracting Officers, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) representatives, government quality assurance specialists, and prime contractor quality leads—and serves as the company’s primary point of accountability for compliance with customer and regulatory quality requirements.
