Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling practices
- Support food safety management by adhering to sanitation protocols and food safety regulations
- Assist in kitchen operations including food prep, stocking supplies, and supporting culinary tasks as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Background in food preparation, food handling, or culinary experience will be advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store operations is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are essential
