Key Responsibilities:
- Pruning and defoliation of cannabis plants to promote healthy growth
- Harvesting cannabis plants carefully and efficiently
- Planting, transplanting, and working with soil
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the greenhouse
- Completing physical tasks, including lifting, bending and working in various temperatures and under LED lighting for extended periods
What We’re Looking For:
Physical ability is a must: Must be able to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Punctuality and reliable attendance are critical for success
- Previous experience in agriculture or similar work is a plus but not required - training will be provided
- Ability to focus on one task for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives
- Be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Willingness to follow Company Standard Operating Procedures and State requirements
Additional Requirements
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the associated State agency to receive an Agent ID badge
- Candidates must live within a 40 minutes drive to Cuba, Mo
