We're looking for an experienced Traveling Lead Commercial Installer to help lead commercial installation projects across the United States.
This isn't basic furniture assembly. Our work includes Chick-fil-A remodels, hotel cabinetry and millwork, commercial furniture, retail fixtures, restaurant seating, and other finish construction work. Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who can solve problems, work with precision, and lead by example.
You'll work alongside a crew while leading 2–4 installers, training newer team members, and making sure the job is completed the right way.
What we're looking for:
- Commercial construction, carpentry, millwork, or FF&E installation experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional tools and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
Compensation:
- $350–$600+ per day based on experience and project complexity
- 1099 independent contractor
- Project-based work with long-term opportunities for the right person
