We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Luxury Yacht Steward / Stewardess to join our dynamic crew in. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional hospitality and service aboard a prestigious vessel, ensuring guests experience the highest standards of comfort, safety, and luxury. Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized hospitality experiences.
- Assist with water transportation operations, including boat handling and rigging to ensure smooth embarkation and disembarkation processes.
- Maintain vessel cleanliness, including guest cabins, common areas, galley, and exterior decks, adhering to maritime hygiene standards.
- Support safety procedures by participating in firefighting drills, first aid responses, CPR certification maintenance, and maritime safety protocols.
- Operate water transportation equipment safely and efficiently while following US Coast Guard (USCG) regulations and vessel mechanical guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with crew members regarding vessel status, guest requests, safety concerns, and operational updates.
- Assist with meal service preparation and hospitality duties to enhance guest experience onboard.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in water transportation industry roles or maritime crew positions; prior yacht hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of maritime safety procedures including firefighting, first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with USCG regulations governing commercial vessels and water transportation industry standards.
- Experience in vessel maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs or watercraft upkeep.
- Hospitality skills including cooking or food service are desirable but not mandatory.
