Job Summary

- Lead comprehensive recruiting efforts across multiple channels including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like iCIMS or Workday, and internal recruiting initiatives to attract diverse talent pools.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation using strong negotiation skills.
- Develop and execute campus recruitment programs to engage emerging talent and build a pipeline for future leadership roles.
- Conduct technical recruiting for specialized roles requiring expertise in HRIS systems, ensuring candidates meet technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted lead generation strategies.
- Oversee employee orientation programs and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts, employee evaluation procedures, and employee relations initiatives.
- Utilize HR tools like Paychex, ADP, or Workday for payroll processing and HRIS management to streamline HR operations.
- Support training & development programs focused on succession planning and leadership development to promote internal growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources leadership with a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies across various industries.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems such; familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all hiring practices and employee management activities.
- Demonstrated ability in technical recruiting for specialized roles requiring niche skills in HR technology systems or enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training & development initiatives including onboarding programs, employee orientation, and succession planning strategies.
