As we continue to grow, we’re seeking passionate professionals who are ready to innovate and help drive the future of the AV industry.
About the Position:
The Site Superintendent is fully accountable for site-level execution across safety, schedule, quality, manpower, and coordination. This role owns the big picture on complex or multi-crew projects, ensuring Field Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and partners are aligned, supported, and held accountable to expectations.
Serving as the primary on-site representative for operations leadership, the Site Superintendent is responsible for making the jobsite predictable, safe, and successful through disciplined planning, communication, and oversight. Ultimately, this role owns the outcome and is accountable for the success of the site.
What You Will Do:
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site execution activities across one or more projects, ensuring work is sequenced, staffed, and executed according to plan.
- Supervise daily field operations across multiple crews or work zones, including AV system installations, infrastructure modifications, equipment logistics, and subcontractor activity.
- Own site-wide safety performance and compliance, including adherence to OSHA requirements, site-specific safety programs, confined space protocols, critical lift planning, and General Contractor policies.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Operations Leadership, Warehouse, Field Foremen, subcontractors, clients, General Contractors, and design teams to align scope, schedule, manpower, and execution priorities.
- Manage short-term and look-ahead schedules, verify site readiness, coordinate room readiness and turnover sequencing, and proactively address risks, blockers, and recovery plans.
- Serve as the senior on-site representative for clients, General Contractors, partners, and internal leadership while maintaining professionalism and protecting both the client relationship and company interests.
- Maintain accurate site-level documentation and reporting, including progress updates, risks, safety documentation, EOD reports, room changes, as-built updates, and installation reference materials.
