A high-end plaintiff-side personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice firm is seeking an attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate has meaningful experience handling complex injury matters and is interested in taking responsibility for active case management from intake through litigation. This role is well suited for an attorney who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing clients, coordinating discovery, working with experts, preparing cases for mediation and trial, and moving cases efficiently toward resolution.
Trial interest and litigation judgment are important. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in trial work, develop strong case strategy, and take ownership of serious, high-value cases in a collaborative firm environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of litigation experience
- Experience in personal injury, products liability, and/or medical malpractice preferred
- Strong case management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- Excellent writing, communication, and client-relations skills
- Interest in trial preparation and trial work
- Plaintiff-side experience preferred
