A Production System Operator in food manufacturing safely runs, monitors, and cleans processing/packaging machinery to meet production schedules, quality standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. They troubleshoot equipment, perform quality checks, and document production data to ensure food safety and efficiency.

Update Fishbowl and OC during production

Verify batch record accuracy and close WO postrun

Monitor inventory and investigate discrepancies

Enter yield and material usage for reporting

High School Diploma
