We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team and help keep our facilities clean and tidy. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces. They will also be required to empty trash cans, clean windows, and perform other related tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, walls, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
- Sweep, scrub, polish floors using brooms, mops.
- Dust/polish handrails.
- Wipe down stainless steel elevators and luggage carts.
- Wipe down stainless steel appliances in the community kitchen.
- Clean common area bathroom.
- Clean glass entry doors to apartment buildings and clubhouse.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
