Hotel Bourre Bonne is seeking a poised, polished, and guest-focused Host to serve as the first and last impression of our upper upscale rooftop restaurant and lounge. This role is essential in setting the tone for a refined, high-energy dining and social experience. Key Responsibilities

Greet all guests with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor, creating an immediate sense of welcome
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Coordinate seating to optimize flow, pacing, and overall guest experience in both dining and lounge areas
- Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant layout, table availability, and service timing
- Escort guests to tables while providing clear communication and elevated hospitality
- Handle high-volume periods with composure, urgency, and organization
- Communicate effectively with servers, management, and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and service continuity
- Monitor the entrance, lobby, and rooftop arrival experience to ensure it reflects luxury brand standards
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry areas
Qualifications & Requirements

Prior experience in a fine dining, upscale restaurant, or luxury hotel environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with upper upscale hospitality standards
- Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable or similar) preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
