Production Manager – Windows, Doors, Roofing & Siding
Olson Windows, Doors, Siding & Roofing is growing — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
We’ve been serving Chicagoland homeowners since 1979, and we’re currently having one of the strongest years in company history. With continued growth and the addition of our Naperville-area location, we’re looking to add an experienced, organized, team-oriented Production Manager to help manage our installation process from start to finish.
This is a key position within our company. We’re looking for someone who understands that great production is about more than scheduling jobs — it’s about communication, organization, accountability, supporting installers, and making sure every customer has an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ordering windows, doors, roofing, siding and related materials
- Reviewing jobs before installation
- Scheduling and coordinating installations
- Communicating with customers regarding installation dates and project details
- Coordinating with installers and crews
- Making sure materials are correct and ready before jobs begin
- Tracking projects from sold status through completion
- Handling jobsite or installation issues when they arise
- Working closely with sales, office staff and field personnel
- Helping keep projects organized, on schedule and profitable
- Ensuring our customers receive the level of service Olson is known for
The Person We’re Looking For:
We want someone who is dependable, organized and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Experience with windows, doors, roofing, siding, construction, remodeling or installation management is strongly preferred.
