Job description:
The Lexington Marriott City Center Hotels is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our culinary team. We are seeking a cook to help deliver quality service to the guests at our downtown Lexington property.
Duties to include but not limited to: Cooking, prepping and maintaining breakfast buffet for all three outlets. Assisting in cooking of a la carte items for lobby restaurant and room service (experience a must).
Maintain proper par levels as established by supervisors and management. Following proper sanitation practices including maintaining an up to date food handlers card. Able to work independently as well as taking constructive criticism and direction from supervisors. This is a guest facing, open kitchen concept, so personal interaction with guests, as well as proper grooming standards must be followed. Punctuality and reliable transportation are a must and non negotiable.
