Laramie Reproductive Health is looking for a compassionate, mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at our clinic in Laramie, Wyoming - where you will provide high-impact care, build long-term relationships, and be a vital voice in promoting reproductive justice in our region nestled here in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Duties
- Ensures clinic compliance with state and federal laws, guidelines, and regulations; maintains clinical records and improves efficiency and functionality of Electronic Medical Records system.
- Primary care services for established patients.
- Assists in the implementation of the clinic strategic plan.
- Respects confidentiality of patient records, treats patients with respect and care without bias.
- Delivers patient centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient records management.
- Provides patient birth control information, STI and pregnancy testing, education, and counseling.
- Ensures continuity of care including documentation of patient charts within 24 hours of contact.
- Adheres to the spirit of the LRH mission at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Wyoming Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Current DEA license
- BLS Certification
- Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- 3 years' experience working as a FNP or PA in a clinical setting, PREFERRED.
- 1 year experience in reproductive health, PREFERRED.

Job Type: Full-timelthcare delivery.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
