Salty Days, currently in Cohasset, is opening a second location in Marshfield. Because of this expansion, we’re growing our team and looking for great people to join us at both locations. Now Hiring: Line Cooks, Prep Cooks & Dishwashers
Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, there’s a place for you on our crew.
Line Cooks
- Cook and plate menu items consistently and efficiently
- Work stations during service with speed and accuracy
- Maintain quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen team during service
Prep Cooks
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, prepping recipes)
- Keep the kitchen stocked and organized for service
- Follow recipes and prep lists with attention to detail
- Support line cooks and ensure smooth service flow
Dishwashers
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Keep dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties
- Support the team wherever needed
