Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in workers' compensation claims, providing expert legal counsel and support throughout the claims process. The attorney will be responsible for advocating for clients' rights to secure the best possible outcomes for their cases.
Key Responsibilities-
Represent clients in workers' compensation claims before administrative law judges and other authorities.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to workers' compensation cases.

Advise clients on their rights and responsibilities under workers' compensation laws.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties on behalf of clients.

Prepare and file necessary motions, pleadings, and discovery requests to advance cases.

Conduct depositions and hearings to gather evidence and support clients' cases.
Qualifications-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

License to practice law in the state where the attorney will be working.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation law or a related field.

Strong understanding of workers' compensation regulations and processes.

Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
