WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
As our Field Sales Manager, your two primary objectives are simple:
- Drive sales by leading from the front and consistently producing in the field.
- Grow a high-performing team through continuous recruiting, coaching, and mentorship.
- Develop new sales representatives by teaching door knocking, canvassing, objection handling, and field selling in real-world situations alongside office-based training.
- Leverage our recruiting investment by helping develop the steady pipeline of new sales professionals we bring into the company. Our leadership team provides classroom training on roofing systems, insurance basics, and company processes before you reinforce those skills through daily field coaching.
You won't be expected to do it alone. While you lead practical field development, our office team supports production, operations, scheduling, and training with proven systems that keep jobs moving and commissions getting paid.
