Trellis Dundee is looking for a line cook to join the team. Someone that is passionate about food and creative in the kitchen.
Applicants must be very comfortable with prep work and friers, basic to advanced saute experience a plus, as well as have a general knowledge of standard cooking techniques. We are looking for cooks who are not afraid of hard work and can be on their feet for extended periods of time. Some off-site work at events may be required. Willing to train the right person. Applicant must present a sense of urgency, be good with time management and self starting. In addition, we are looking for someone who will maintain a clean work station with awareness of food safe rules and regulations. Must also have a current food handlers card.
Our menu includes steak, chicken, pork, pasta, short ribs, duck confit, oysters, sandwiches salads, desserts and more.
Shifts available are majority evenings and weekends.

Distributed tip system amongst all staff, no one makes less than $25 per hour in combined wages/tips.
