May Trucking Company has immediate openings for entry level to experienced Fleet Diesel Technicians at our Pensacola, FL location. These positions are day shift Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications:
- Minimum eighteen (18) years of age
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and/or have experience performing Class 8 truck or trailer repairs and maintenance
- Willing attitude to use or learn diagnostic software used on vehicles
- Ability to work efficiently with a team or independently
- Be capable of maintaining regular and punctual attendance
- Carrier reefer experience a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, reliable, and within DOT compliance
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Class 8 truck and trailer systems and components
- Follow troubleshooting steps provided by manufacturer repair manuals and other resources
- Properly document work using Fleet maintenance software
- Communicate effectively with a customer service mindset
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
