FADE Barbering Company is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated Barbers and Apprentice Barbers to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

- Desire to build long-term relationships with clients
Experienced Barbers
- Valid NJ Barber License
- Strong fading, scissor, beard, and grooming skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
Apprentice Barbers
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a barber program
- Eager to learn and develop under experienced barbers
- Coachable with a strong desire to improve every day
- Passionate about becoming one of the best in the industry
