Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and attentive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure our residents’ comfort and safety. Your energy and compassion will help create a positive environment for our residents during the morning hours.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates
- Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe transfer techniques
- Support medication administration under supervision, following all protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, including symptoms related to dementia or infectious diseases
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including Alzheimer’s and memory care
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- CPR Certification is required.
We currently have the following shifts available:
- Available Shift: AM Shift (Full-Time or Part-time)
- Competitive pay rate, starting at $24.00 to $26.00
