Duties
- Manage phone calls using office phone systems, assisting clients and employees with their scheduling needs..
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Provide general clerical support, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support various projects as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or customer support role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as an office clerk is advantageous.
