Main Responsibilities:

Plan shop workflow
-
Audit repairs
-
Order Parts
-
Assist technicians with repairs
-
Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles

Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
Required Qualifications:
-
3+ years diesel technician experience
-
Customer service experience
Desired Qualifications:

Class A CDL License
-
Management/ Supervisory experience not required but strongly preferred
-
High school diploma/GED equivalent
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Monday - Friday
