Responsibilities:
- Assess and inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and the cost of repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for customers
- Communicate with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs and obtain approval for repairs
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, estimates, and invoices
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and procedures
- Proficient in using computer software for estimating repairs and managing customer information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
