Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude and guide them to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism, demonstrating knowledge of drink service and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist in food preparation or setup when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and promote additional sales opportunities through upselling.
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings will be considered a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques is desirable.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle food handling procedures safely and uphold sanitation standards at all times.

Pay: $15.00 - $27.30 per hour
