Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth dining flow and guest satisfaction
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including organizing supplies and prep work
- Support catering and banquet events by providing timely cleanup and setup assistance
- Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, including floors, counters, and dishwashing stations
- Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support efficient restaurant operations
Skills
- Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service environments preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling techniques
- Familiarity with banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
