Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy is seeking a passionate, clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving children and families throughout Central Ohio.
At Lotus, we believe ABA should be led by clinicians—not investors. While many organizations in today's market are owned by private equity firms or large corporate entities, Lotus was founded and is led by Brittany Evans, MA, BCBA, COBA. Our leadership team understands the realities of clinical practice because we have lived them ourselves.

What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and make treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers
- Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
- Participate in clinical discussions and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
