HealthGradeNetworks, LLC strives toward being the long-term care field's "enterprise mobility experts" by providing nurse call, phone, wireless networking, and wander management solutions to clients across North America. HGN is searching for a Installation Specialist to join its growing team. This position will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and supporting HGN's solutions from the field and from its Norwalk Ohio headquarters.
Responsibilities. Install computer and networking equipment. Test and confirm equipment operation. Maintain the organization’s tools and installation materials. Complete service and maintenance assignments. Travel as needed to customer sites, occasionally to regional and national customers.
Training and education. CompTIA Network+ or A+. 1 year of experience in an IT setting. On the job training provided after hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
