The Money
Retainer: $1,500/month ($18K/year)
This isn't salary. Commission is where you get paid.
Commission:
- Year 1: 30% of net profit
- Year 2: 25% of net profit
- Year 3+: 20% of net profit
Example: $100K sale = $50K profit (50% margin) × 30% = $15K in your pocket

What We Handle

Work: Remote - sell from wherever
In-person: Occasional meetings at our office (onboarding, strategy, as needed)
