We have developed a targeted marketing strategy that allows us to identify and target hail damaged buildings, based on our desired claim parameters. Our Public Adjusters are able to pick and choose the projects they wish to work on, which in turn allows our adjusters to earn a very lucrative living doing what they love to do. YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO KNOCK DOORS, nor do you need to at our firm to be successful.
Our staff is comprised of former contractors and insurance adjusters. We do not rely of conditioned restoration industry contractors to evaluate and estimate our claims….we are the experts. This allows us to settle claims at the appropriate amounts owed our clients.
We are able to provide our adjusters with a TEAM atmosphere and the assistance they need to be successful. Our Public Adjusters are supported by claims documentation staff, which document the details of the loss and provide it to the cases Public Adjuster to present and settle with the carrier.
Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience of adjusting property claims to be considered and 2 years in the insurance restoration business.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of commercial construction, excellent sales skills, be motivated and energetic and also have the continued desire to learn. Candidate should have knowledge in property insurance policies and their interpretation as well as the forensic investigation abilities necessary to identify and evaluate damage. Xactimate experience is helpful but not necessary as we have additional support staff that prepares claims estimates.
It is imperative for this position that the candidate be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently with the support and backing of corporate headquarters and our staff.
- Identify, Source and Solicit potential claims falling within the outlined parameters by Impact Claim Services.
- Present to potential policyholder’s information regarding Impact Claim Services products and services.
- Inspect properties for potential damage caused by hail and wind covered under a standard property and casualty insurance policy.
- Write comprehensive inspection reports of property observations upon completion of site investigation to present to potential
- clients. This includes properties, which are not damaged by hail and wind to serve as a report of record for policyholders in the future.
- Prepare, present and execute public adjusting contracts and letters of representation to new customers.
- File claims upon retention with insurance carriers.
- Schedule, coordinate and meet insurance adjusters and any needed experts to conduct an investigation of the subject loss.
- Act as an escort for additionally requested inspections and site visits.
- Compile a detailed outline of what is needed to develop and present a complete claim presentation.

- Public Adjuster will operate within guidelines outlined by the department of insurance or any other public adjuster regulations in the state of which we are doing business.
- Public Adjuster will honor and adhere to the Code of Conduct outlined by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.
- Public Adjuster will adhere and operate within standard best claims practices.
