Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our Makers & Finders NEW Fashion Show Mall Team!
As a Specialty Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality coffee and food items.
Duties (Not limited to):
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and math skills.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.
- Promote sales through product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must have a active health card.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
