A premier facial plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills is seeking a polished, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This role is critical in delivering a high-end, concierge-level patient experience from the first phone call through every in-office interaction. The ideal candidate has prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or a medical aesthetics practice and understands the level of service expected in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional first impression for all patients and visitors
- Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and discretion
- Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments
- Coordinate closely with the patient coordinators and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
- Collect payments and assist with financing options when needed
- Prepare and organize patient paperwork and documentation
- Ensure the front office and waiting area reflect the high standards of a luxury medical practice
- Assist with administrative support and day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cosmetic, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medical office strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-end Beverly Hills practice
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Experience with EMR systems and scheduling software preferred
- Comfortable handling sensitive patient information with discretion
