Opal Springs Behavioral Health is expanding its services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and supervision for ABA services.
This is a flexible contract opportunity for a BCBA interested in helping establish and grow a high-quality ABA program while maintaining a manageable caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Review treatment progress and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ABA best practices and payer requirements
- Assist with program growth and clinical quality initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ohio experience preferred

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)
Pay: $85.00 - $110.00 per hour
