Leadership Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is looking for enthusiastic, dependable team players to join our team in Littleton, MA. Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering packages safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Pay: $22.00 per hour + overtime
Schedule: 4-day work schedule, approximately 8–10 hours per day

# Duties
* Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
* Deliver packages safely, efficiently, and on time.
* Load, unload, organize, and prepare packages for assigned routes.
* Use handheld technology for routing, package scanning, and delivery information.
* Follow all company safety procedures, work policies, and traffic laws.
* Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery.
* Troubleshoot delivery issues using available resources.
* Remain focused and alert while driving in various traffic and weather conditions.
* Enter and exit the delivery vehicle repeatedly throughout the day.
* Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.
# Basic Requirements
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
* Must be able to pass a four-panel drug test. **THC/Marijuana is not tested.**
* Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
* Must be comfortable entering and exiting a delivery van multiple times throughout the day.
* Must be comfortable working in varying weather and traffic conditions.
* No CDL is required.
