Join our dynamic team as a Regional CDL A Truck Driver in Hagerstown, Md! This exciting opportunity offers consistent weekly routes, a generous sign-on bonus, and the chance to operate a variety of specialized equipment.
Our drivers are compensated through component pay for mileage, stops, and drops. Because the pay is variable, I think it would be best to state compensation is between $75k – 85k the first year and we can get into the details during the interview. We also offer a sign on bonus of 5k and offer a quarterly bonus program with earning potential of $200 per quarter.
For some regional driver positions, overnight trips may be required several times throughout the work week or during the month, will be discussed during the interview once we have candidates.. Additional responsibilities may include delivery/pick-up of raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.Offering 5K sign on bonus

Duties
- Deliver mattresses, box springs, ect to warehouses and other customer sites
- make 5-7 stops per route
- driving radius is 500 miles
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license with clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission preferred.
- Proven truck driving experience with knowledge of freight handling and load securement techniques.
- Experience driving refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized trucks such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks is highly desirable.
- Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other equipment when necessary.
- Familiarity with route driving across regional areas and adherence to safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,650.00 per week
