Position Summary: Under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager. The Seasonal Housekeeper plays a critical role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and elevated member and guest experience throughout the Club. This position is responsible for preparing guest rooms to the highest standards, maintaining public spaces, and ensuring the women’s locker room is consistently clean, stocked, and well-presented during peak afternoon and evening hours. Working a mid-shift, this role bridges daytime room turnover and evening readiness, with a strong emphasis on detail, responsiveness, and pride of ownership in all assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Rooms (Primary Focus)
· Clean and reset guest rooms to Club standards including changing linens, making beds, restocking towels and amenities, vacuuming/dusting, cleaning bathrooms and showers and other tasks as assigned by management.
· Inspect rooms prior to guest arrivals to ensure readiness and presentation.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure timely room turnover.
Women’s Locker Room (Daily Mid-Shift Oversight)
· Perform routine cleaning and continuous upkeep throughout the shift, including vacuuming, trash and laundry removal and maintaining cleanliness of vanities, restrooms, showers, and common areas.
· Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities as needed.
· Monitor overall presentation, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for members and guests.
· Address immediate needs and ensure readiness for peak afternoon/evening use.
· Deep cleaning of wet areas weekly.
Public Areas & Club Spaces
· Maintain cleanliness of key member areas. Required tasks include:
o Vacuum and wash floors/staircases, clean entry points as needed.
o Dust moldings, tables, furniture, and décor.
o Clean glass surfaces, pictures, and fixtures.
· Maintain high-touch areas throughout the shift.
· Maintain bathrooms throughout the Club, including front desk and satellite locations.
· Maintain employee rooms, including linens, bathrooms, and general cleanliness.
· Clean support areas, offices and administrative spaces as assigned.
Communication & Support
· Conduct final walkthroughs of guest rooms and assigned areas before guest check-in.
· Communicate maintenance needs and small repairs to appropriate departments.
· Assist with linen handling, including transporting to/from laundry as needed.
· Support supply and inventory needs, including notifying leadership of low stock.
Physical and Environment Demands:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching

Pay: $16.00
Schedule:
· Full-Time Seasonal (mid-April – December)
· Mid-Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· Nights, weekends and holiday availability required.
