NorthSound Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed PTA to join our experienced team in Northgate, WA - where clinicians are supported, collaboration is encouraged, and schedules are designed with work-life balance in mind.

NorthSound Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient practice with 7 clinics across North Seattle, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Smokey Point, Stanwood, and Oak Harbor.

Details:
- Position: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Compensation: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Patient Care: 45-minutes with 1‑on‑1 patient care (no double booking)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs, medical history, and goals.
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Note: The salary range offered for this position is $26.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
