Role Summary:
The Card Assessment Specialist is responsible for assessing individual cards from customer shipments and assigning accurate grades based on established standards.
This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality grading.
What You'll Do
- Assess cards individually against established grading standards, confirming the correct version and finish before grading
- Learn and retain Magic: The Gathering set, version, and card-style knowledge
- Meet or exceed KPI targets for assessment volume, accuracy, and daily deadlines
- Maintain shipment organization so orders can be retrieved and reviewed
- Follow all SOPs and quality-control protocols for order handling

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Basic PC proficiency
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a sedentary role
- Strong visual acuity
- Exhibit manual dexterity with consistent fine finger manipulation
- Flex/extend wrist frequently in repetitive motions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
Location: Onsite in Sandy, UT.
Full Time,: scheduled 40 hours per work week
Potential Shifts: 8-4:30 / 9-5:30
