Responsibilities:
Attorney Support: Provide comprehensive administrative backing for two dedicated attorneys, including daily entry of billable hours.
Client & Meeting Coordination: Manage client communication, coordinate schedules, prepare for upcoming meetings, and administer Notary Public services.
Document Preparation: Draft foundational estate planning documents, such as Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney Revocations, Advance Directives, HIPAA Authorizations, and Guardians Designations, along with building comprehensive post-execution binders.
Facilities Management: Act as the on-site coordinator for office leases, utilities, physical facilities, furniture maintenance, and equipment leasing or repairs.
Office Leadership: Oversee support staff queries regarding office efficiencies, policies, and procedures, ensuring a steadfast commitment to client confidentiality and strict ethical standards.
Event Assistance: Support the coordination of client seminars, professional advisors receptions, dinners, and special office celebrations.
Preferred Skills:
A Business Administration degree is preferred.
Prior experience within a Trust and Estate practice is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with legal and administrative software solutions such as Aderant, Time Expert, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite.
An aptitude for quickly picking up and mastering new internal software applications.
