Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R, and industrial maintenance, with a focus on customer service and field service operations. The Boiler Technician plays a critical role in supporting our facility’s operational integrity and safety standards.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems, including burners, controls, valves, pumps, and safety devices.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct system upgrades or modifications in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist with installation of new boiler systems and components as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate field service operations efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system status and maintenance needs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics and boiler systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams related to HVAC/R and industrial equipment.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and general industrial maintenance.
- Experience with electrical systems and wiring.
- Experience with plumbing and pipe fitting.
- Experience in field service operations within industrial or commercial settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction and teamwork.

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
