We have need of a server/bartender with flexible availability to round out our crew. This would be a full-time position, we are a family-owned restaurant with an excellent location and loyal regulars. That said, we have our slow days like every restaurant, you expect to average around 40-50/hr before taxes. Aside for open availability, all we require is some experience serving and the willingness to put the work in! We are willing to train the right person behind the bar, as our servers make their own drinks, and on many shifts bus and reset their own tables. Working here comes with great food, often forced upon you by our italin owner , plus you can gain some great knowledge of Italian wines, cuisine, and culture! The one thing we need overall, more than a chemist behind the bar or a server that flows like a river, we need someone who gives a damn! If you're the type who sees things to be done and does them the right way no matter what, we want to talk! Lastly, we don't have childish drama, nor do we want any, only apply if you know how to take a joke and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.
