As a Sales Associate, you’ll help grow our membership base by connecting with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals, and helping them find the membership option that best fits their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new membership leads through phone calls, referrals, community outreach, and in-club interactions
- Give club tours and introduce prospective members to our facility, amenities, and services
- Present membership options and confidently close sales
- Follow up with leads and prospective members
- Build relationships with current members to generate referrals
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information
- Provide professional, friendly customer service and represent the club in a positive manner
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
