Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives with attention to detail
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly
Skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity tools
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry tasks preffered
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service
- Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
- Previous experience as personal assistant is advantageous but not required
Prospective employee will be working in multiple business facets everyday.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
