One of our primary client accounts is actively expanding its demand for specialized infrastructure and field services, and we are looking for a results-oriented, highly organized leader to manage this growth and oversee overall business performance.
In this high-impact executive role, you will hold full P&L responsibility, direct corporate KPIs, and ensure our administrative and technical service teams (including Liner, Water Heater, and Drain Cleaning) deliver every project safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of profitability and client satisfaction. Duties
- Client & Commercial Growth: Direct key client relationships—including managing expanding requirements from core commercial partners—and drive business development strategies.
- Financial Leadership: Oversee overall financial performance, manage budgets, track profitability and cash flow, and approve major corporate expenditures.
- Operational & Technical Oversight: Ensure technical teams (Liner, Water Heater, and Drain Cleaning) execute client projects efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Team Direction & Supervision: Directly supervise the Administrative Leader and technical supervisors, providing performance evaluations, guidance, and leadership development.
- Corporate KPI Management: Define, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all company departments to ownership.
- Quality & Project Assurance: Monitor completed projects to guarantee compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and customer SLA requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans and annual operational goals to meet growing client demands.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all business operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and industry safety standards.
- Ownership Communication: Deliver regular performance updates, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to Company Ownership.
- Cross-Functional Support: Ensure real-time updates in CRM/dispatch systems, promote clear team communication, enforce safety policies, and foster a clean, professional workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required (MBA preferred).
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within field service, plumbing, sewer restoration, or trenchless construction industries.
- P&L Responsibility: Proven track record of managing multi-department operations with direct P&L and financial budget responsibility.
- Client & Account Management: Demonstrated ability to oversee large client accounts, manage service expectations, and scale operations based on client demand.
- Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analytics.
- Technical & System Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and dispatch platforms, project tracking, and core office productivity tools.
- Key Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, assertiveness, and team-building capabilities.
